Thank you for using Postcrest (the "Services"). These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") outline your rights regarding the content you may generate or post using the Service, including but not limited to images, videos, text, or speech ("User Content"), as well as your usage of the Services. This Agreement also addresses other important topics, including limitation of liability and dispute resolution. We encourage you to read this Agreement carefully. By utilizing the services provided by Postcrest ("Services"), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
Postcrest offers various subscription options. Payments for these subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are available on both a monthly and annual basis. You are not permitted to downgrade or cancel your subscription before the completion of the current billing cycle but may upgrade your subscription plan at any time.
Postcrest shall strive to ensure uninterrupted service availability. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of service interruptions, including but not limited to downtimes, and will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to such interruptions.
You retain all rights to and are solely responsible for the content you post or generate through the Service.
By using the Service, you grant Postcrest permission to post content on your connected social media accounts on your behalf. We will only post content that you have created or have explicitly consented to being posted.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Postcrest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Services. Should you infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, and such infringement results in liability for Postcrest, you will be held accountable for all costs and damages incurred.
You may not use the Services for competitive research, reverse engineering, or using automated methods to interact with or scrape our Services.
Postcrest reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notification, and without issuing refunds for any unused service periods.
Postcrest reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time, including changes to algorithms, features, and the art style of assets. We will not be liable for any damages due to such changes.
The Services may not be used for any unlawful, harmful, unethical, or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to the creation or distribution of content that is discriminatory, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
